I'm a Sydney-based Product Designer (UX/UI) with 8+ years of experience — most recently as Specialist UI Designer at CommBank (3 years), working on insurance products used by millions of Australians. I combine deep UX thinking, brand strategy, and an architectural approach to design systems — across tokens, component logic, and how systems scale. This site's design library is one example. Good design ties user needs to business outcomes, so I stay close to both — running prototypes and usability tests to keep ideas honest, and sharing work openly to earn the stakeholder buy-in needed to ship.

I have a front-end background (HTML & CSS) and work with Claude Code and Codex directly in terminals and IDEs. Designing in the codebase is the present and future of the craft — closing the gap between intent and implementation.

  • Redesigned CommBank's Home and Car Insurance products, creating a faster, more intuitive quote flow that improved task-completion rates and reduced user drop-off across the journey.

  • Led UX/UI design for CommBank's Pet Insurance platform, contributing to award-winning delivery.
